To be use on towel dried or damp hair meaning hair that is still kind of wet. For best results, blow dry hair. That's not very user friendly cause I don't blow dry my hair at all.
I am not a big fan of this as I feel that it doesn't do anything for my hair. It doesn't make it silky, does not make it shiny, doesn't makes it extra smooth. So I don't see the purpose of this at all. I feel the product just disappear into the hair and run away or something like that.
The only thing I find to make this a successful product is as a leave-in conditioner. So technically if you forget to use conditioner it the shower, you can use this. It does help to smoothen hair out, but that's about it.
