Beauty Broadcast raves about this brush, so I just had to get one since my EcoTools one kind of get out of shape (brush guard is important). I really like this. It is just one of the best powder brush ever. It is a flat top brush, really soft and fluffy. Quite dense, but still bouncy. For US$3 it really is great. Even though there are a couple if strays which I just pluck it out with tweezers. That's all, and you have the perfect brush. It doesn't shed when washing. Plus I don't need a brush guard for it to keep its shape. Of course I have to hang it upside down though. But yes, I recommend this brush as it is the cheapest nicest powder brush out there.

Got this from a UK magazine. It is suppose to be a universal lip liner that helps to enhance the lips. The liner is a nude shade. It is easy enough to use, quite creamy to line. Shading all over the lips is easy too but once on the lips, it is quite drying. It also will emphasize the dryness of the lips. I like the pencil as it has a build in sharpener so it makes sharpening easier. I wouldn't buy it if given the option, but since it's free, it is not bad. Doesn't work as well as a color keeper, so it is not recommended to use with darker lip colors. But I think this is just for giving an illusion of smaller or bigger lips depending on your skin tone, I'm not sure too.

Yay to fall! Still so sunny in Singapore though. I love wearing darker lips, but only in the evenings. I feel weird using them when the sun is still so bright. This is a really dark vampy lip color. Really cool on the lips. Dark, sexy, mysterious. I really like it but I'm also quite self conscious wearing this. The good thing though is that it is so dark, that it looks more of a deep burgundy red on the first look. If you look longer than you'll see that it's actually a dark purple. Really cool. It is not just a boring dark berry shade. So love the color. The formula is smooth and creamy. Even it does have a little sparkle in the color, it barely is noticeable. It just makes the color shine. Only problem is that it is messy to apply. So a lip liner is a must. You can also just use a little and use your finger to smooth over the color and left it just like a stain. It's just so pretty. You know how I don't like masks that have extra layer of plastic to help keep its shape, this has 2 extra layers. At first I don't know why the mask is so weird. After getting rid of the white plastic sheet, there is just this blue thing that makes putting the mask very uncomfortable. Plus it is just way too big. So you see, it just looks weird. Then I read the instruction. It said to put it on and make it perfectly fit then peel off the blue layer. The hard part is positioning it, the mask doesn't stick onto my face, it kept sliding off. I had to remove the blue sheet holding the mask away from my face. Then I had to readjust the thin mask back onto my face. Too messy for my liking. So this mask is for revitalizing, anti-aging and whitening. Doesn't irritate my skin so that is good. The only other thing I feel after using this mask is how sticky it made my face feel. Love baked product, especially food. What I wouldn't do for a freshly baked bread right now. Anyhow, this is quite unexpected. For the picture online, I thought it will be a much more neutral palette. I guess not. This is in shade Divine and comes with a blush and 4 shadows. The blush is really beautiful. A bit too shimmery for my liking though. It looks really bright as in dark on the packaging, more like a deep pink, but when swatch, it's just a pigmented pink shade. It is pretty, but the shimmer just makes me not use it very much. Like all baked products I tried, these are smooth and pigmented. However the colors I picked up is just something I don't use much. Yellow and green, when will I ever touch that? I am not daring enough to use those colors on my lids. Yellow can appear light green, while the green can be more teal. Extra virgin olive oil for shiny hair is to smooth out frizzy hair, replenish moisture and nutrients and remove product buildup. I used this on the day where I have a lot of product on my hair. I used a lot of hair foam and dry shampoo. So I thought it was a good time to try this. It is quite a foaming shampoo. After rinsing, my hair is quite strip out if moisture. So it really does get rid of buildup. But any shampoo used in a day, it will be fine for me. So it is not a good test to see how good this shampoo is. Well, more of how good is this shampoo for me. Well at least it smells good.

I tried a few of tea tree oil products from TBS, but never just the oil. So this is just a little sample of 1ml. I expected 1ml to be so much less than that. Now I know why I can always use sample for more than one time. Anyway, I am sad to say that the tea tree oil doesn't do anything for skin. Just like everything from the line that I've tried, it doesn't work. So it's disappointing.

My aunt doesn't like this so she gave me. If there is one thing I have a lot of at home is toner. She said this is the most expensive toner ever. Not sure about that as I don't know how much this cost. This is 250ml though, so that's a lot. Probably that factor in the cost. I am not big on the smell. It just has a very strong artificial alcohol scent. I also feel that it is just a toner just like any other. I don't really see how this helps my skin. I have toner that I actually like using, which I really think is normal. But the point is I enjoy using it. This, I don't really like using it. It does its job though. It helps to get rid of leftover residue so that's good. Still, I don't think it is worth the price. Have anyone use this?

I guess ck is suppose to be a higher end brand, however their packaging is kind of cheap. It is just a plain black plastic. So I am not a big fan of their packaging considering the price. The lipstick is creamy and has a scent of starburst. I feel like eating them every time I open the cover. It swatched beautifully. It just doesn't cover the lips nicely. It shows the lines and emphasize on the cracked lips. So I will only recommend this for people who has smooth lips. The color is a neutral pink. But it is more bright on the lips. Still a light pink, but just not appear brighter on the lips, despite me having pigmented lips. I really like how it swatch, and I really wish the color will appear that way or that the formula will be better. So that is too bad.

The challenge is to use these 2 products for 3 days to get better skin. Challenge accepted. Biotox cleanser [10g] is quite nice, quite minty. It feels like a cream, but it lathers on quite smoothly. It doesn't foam up. Even though it says it will. It said you can use this as a mask, but seeing the texture if it, I don't see how it can be use as such. Too fragile, the consistency that is. Oh, it will foam up if I use quite a lot. But the instruction say to just use a tiny amount. Biotox refining cream 2 [5g] smells really weird, like ulcer medicine, Bonjela. So it is really unpleasant to put on. Overall thoughts: only the first day I feel that this product is really working. The rest of the time, sure it dry out my blemishes, but that is it. It doesn't improve it. Therefore, challenge failed!

You can't see from this bad quality picture, but the bottle is really gorgeous. The product is also in swirl alternating between white and beige. The white being the moisturiser and the beige the foundations. It's just really fun to look at. Plus the more you use, the product will go up instead of down, so it's really nice to see. Plus it doesn't expose with the air in the container, makes it last longer. The bb cream has a really nice texture, almost like a gel. I guess it can also feel like a mousse, but less bouncy. It is smooth and so easy to apply. It is nice using fingers to apply, which is the best way to use this. I only need one pump to cover my whole face. Not a really great pump, cause you have to tilt the bottle and it doesn't come out smooth as it is thicker than most liquid foundation. So some cream can land on the bottle. It is quite a light medium coverage. Doesn't cover under eye blackness though. It is whitening, so it does cover redness. Anywa...

Whenever I went into VS, I will be so overwhelm by the selection of scent they have. At least going to TBS, I will have a rough idea what to get, as I pretty much tried them all. My cousins got me this as it was 3 for 2. It is blackberry and lilac scented body lotion. It just smells so lovely. The cream is thick once you apply it on, takes time to apply it on your skin, but it is really fast at absorption. I don't feel sticky and my skin feels smooth. The scent does linger, but once its on your skin, it is not as strong. Overall, it is a good moisturizing lotion the body. And not just some gimmicky scented lotion that looks pretty. so if you love scent, try out Victoria's Secret lotions.

I am not a big fan of the wp app on iPhone. Every time I upload a photo, the picture is so huge. This is only 50ml, a travel size. Really good sensitive skin as it is just so gentle. I also like that it is pink. Just gives it a very clean, refresh feel. It is a good scrub just for daily use, but for a deep cleanse, this is not it. But it does its job at removing makeup and even waterproof mascara. So it is that good.

Revlon Colorstay Moisture Stain is a dupe for the YSL Rouge Pur Couture Vernis a Levres Glossy Stain . The texture and the wand and the feel is exactly the same. I feel that if you never try them before, it will get a while to get used to. It just feel wet, like too much saliva on the wand. Ok that is a gross description, but the wand is just weird. I mean it is not weird, it just feel as such on the lips. It is a somehow triangle shape that is quite furry. Like an old glossy wand. So once you are used to the texture, then you will like it. The YSL is also a bit more watery I feel and more glossy and has a better staining power. But both are moisturizing and Revlon one is way cheaper. Bought this when I was in London, that's what I had to get London Posh which is a pretty neutral light tangerine peach with gold sparkles. The formula for London Posh is a but lumpy. I've been wanting to try this mascara for some time. And it is just weird. I thought with the brush, it will help to really separate the lashes, end up it does help but not enough. My lashes are just too stubborn. It is not a bad mascara, but it also not something you need to have. It just darken your lashes, but doesn't really gives the volume or length you desire. Plus you have to be careful turning the dial thingy, is that what you call it? If too much product come out, it will really be a mess. Lashes will easily stick together. It is just a weird product. I took a really long time to apply this. And even though it has been awhile, I don't seem to be improving. So I guess not only you have to get use to using this, you have to have a hang in using it. If you know how to use it, I don't think it will be a problem. Will repurchase? No.

I am a little obsess with finding the right eye cream. So far, there is no one that is perfect for me. I've been trying this one for awhile. It is pretty much just an eye cream. It's much thicker than the All About Eyes . But I really see no difference in result. Personally I prefer the normal one. It is more gel like and blends into the skin faster. But I guess this one will be good on colder months. Even though the container is small, it lasted forever.

To be use on towel dried or damp hair meaning hair that is still kind of wet. For best results, blow dry hair. That's not very user friendly cause I don't blow dry my hair at all. I am not a big fan of this as I feel that it doesn't do anything for my hair. It doesn't make it silky, does not make it shiny, doesn't makes it extra smooth. So I don't see the purpose of this at all. I feel the product just disappear into the hair and run away or something like that. The only thing I find to make this a successful product is as a leave-in conditioner. So technically if you forget to use conditioner it the shower, you can use this. It does help to smoothen hair out, but that's about it.

I just love trying new hand sanitizer especially one that's scented. I especially love spray on ones as they are just easier to use. It's just water droplets, so I don't generally spray too much. Unlike the gel type, for some reason I always squeeze too much out. So sprays are better for me. This is 59ml, so it still still quite big for sanitizer I feel. I prefer the really tiny ones. It has a really strong coconut scent. Like those coconut milk in Thai food kind of scent. I reckon it would not be a nice scent for people who don't really like coconut. It is also a tad sticky. But my hands feel really clean. Maybe it's just psychological, but that's how I feel. All in all, I'm not here not there, but I wouldn't repurchase.

So I read a lot of review on these Rouge Edition Velvet and all of them said that the shade 08 Grand Cru is the only one that has a weird consistency. I guess the gooey texture is what they mentioned as the weird consistency as compared to the rest of the range. It doesn't apply smooth and I feel that I need to use lip liner to keep the color inside the lip. You can try to apply it very carefully and it will take time. It is a beautiful dark berry or burgundy color. Perfect for fall, or perfect for dinner at least in Singapore. But I feel you can get away using this for lunch too, as long not being pair with smokey eyes. It is quite a long lasting lip color. It doesn't transfer onto the cups, I like that. It is not sweat proof though as it will start to disappear. Even so, it will eventually start to fade after a hour half. It is quite comfortable on the lips, not over drying. It has a matte finish and I sure would love to try the other shades and compare the texture. As in the...

A lovely present from the cousin, making this my first ever new MAC item. Well that's not true, I did bought their powders before, but a blush is exciting unlike powders and foundation. That's just my opinion. So I got the longwear one which is more expensive than the normal blush. This is in the shade Whole Lotta Love. It is a really bright pink but once blended it is not so scary. It is quite pigmented but kind of powdery. It is not matte. It has really micro specks of gold glitters. So not totally shimmery, but it still will gives you a glow. Do I love it? Well I love the color. But the formula is not that great. It sure can last though. I mean by the end of an 8 hour day, I will still have a hint of rosy cheeks. So that's really something. But the powdery feel, I don't like that and it doesn't seems to appear on your cheeks. (Another but) you have to apply really carefully, cause too much will makes your face red. So it is hard to find a balance to get the right...

I've got a sample of the new Dettol shower gel. Even since I went to the gym, I've been using those antiseptic shower gel. It's just a better way to kill off the germs and body odor. But most time, it can be quite drying and too much gel like not enough foam like. So this new formula Dettol is just wow. It leaves my skin feeling so moisturized. It leathers up really nicely. The scent is a nice clean scent too. I really enjoy using it.

Nice clean packaging. Ok I just like it when it is all white and silver, so simple. This smells good, a floral powder scent. It claimed to be for dry and normal skin, but I think it is not rich enough for dry skin. It feels more like a hand cream. It absorb well. You can see there's lotion on your skin, but it doesn't feel greasy. It helps after you straight apply it, but I don't see how it does moisture your skin after. Plus I usually put on lotion after I shave my leg to relief itchiness. This doesn't help at all. In fact, I get more itchy. So I don't know what the deal is, but this is the first time a lotion doesn't work on the legs. So I probably wouldn't get this. Even though I smell really good in it.
