Revlon colorburst lipstick in rose nectar

I heard bout this line not being continued and I am a fool but I just had to get it. So this is in rose nectar. I don't know why I was attracted to it, when I was planning to get any of the nude shades. I guess cause I can't decide which nude shade I want, I choose a colored one.

This is basically a coral red with glitter. Lots of glitter. Very shimmery. Once the color is gone, the glitter still remain. There is not much review about this shade. So I find it hard to actually benchmark it.

The color is alright. Is just on my lips, it reminds me of the Maybelline one. It's pretty similar actually. Can you tell the difference?

The one on the left is Revlon and on the right is Maybelline. Even though the Rose Nectar is much more pigmented, on my hand, you can't see it. Plus it's more pink, but again no difference. So I feel a bit of cognitive dissonance. Even though I love my Maybelline lippie and I am glad I found a replacement, I just like to try something different.

For some reason the glitter can't be captured on camera. But it really is sparkly in real life. Especially up close.

I found that this make a really good body glitter. Swatch it on your hand, remove it with tissue and the glitters will remain. It reflect the light so well. And it just stay on your hand no matter how much you rub it.

This is in the shade 201, creamy and a hint of light milky pink. I like that it is pretty, but the shade doesn't really suit me. What I like best is that they can engrave your name on the packaging. So it is pretty.

Beauty Uk Baked Blush

A red blush looks really intimidating on the box but I picked this up cause I want something different for my collection. It's just a cardboard box kind of packaging, secured with magnet, so it's really simple. It's quite big and like all baked product, it's dome in shape. So it's actually quite bulky. I wouldn't bring it for travel that's for sure. The color payoff is good, but instead of red it's more pink. You can use it sparingly and it will be lighter or you can pack on the color which will gives you a really bright pink. In fact, if lightly dust over your cheek it is more coral than pink. It has tiny specks of shimmer, but it doesn't show. I can't remember how much I bought this for but it wasn't expensive. It's not my favorite blush, but I find myself reaching for it a lot. So that's something isn't?
