Here I have the 3 lip stain from MUA. I really wanted lip stain, and the MUA was pretty cheap at £3 each. There are only 3 so I managed to buy them all.

The design is like marker pen which suppose to make them easier to use. The tip is like felt tip, but the pointed part is hard. So instead of like writing on your lips, I have to use the side of it. Pretty inconvenient to use as I always have to apply it in front of the mirror. The color payoff is pretty inconsistent. It isn't smooth and really sticky the first time I apply. Some part of my lips will show the color, and some wouldn't. They smell like those artificial grape juice from the box that children love to drink.

From here, you would think its the same color with just different layers. I guess you can say it is something like that.

Kissalicious is a lilac purple.
Fruitilicious is a deep berry tone red. If apply lightly can be softer.
Fabulicious is a light pink that barely show when swatch.

Kissalicious. It is pretty actually but way too sticky. Plus only my bottom lip got stain. The top has a hint of stain, but that's about it. The color doesn't tally. Boo-hoo. I have to be really detail when applying this.

This is with a balm on top as it is too drying.

Fruitilicious is way too intimidating. As it is not an even payout, I have to be really careful applying this. In the end, it is just not pretty and it dry up my lips. Some part of my lips are just too red, and some doesn't get enough of the stain. After it fades, it just look really messy and my lips have spots of red everywhere. I guess it really is a stain, at some part at least.

See the part of my dry lip? It is so noticeable. Even with lip balm, it can't be covered. It peels off my chapped lips. Like eventually my lips became really dry and those part are stained red. Not a pretty sight. My Rosebud lip balm cant even help to cover those flakes.

Fabulicious, the lightest shade among the three. This hardly show on my lips, but it has the best outcome. Cause it does not really show, so it's the one with less maintenance.

Overall, it is not something I would repurchase. In fact, if I could return it I would. Since I cant and I do not want to waste my money, I tried to really learn to use the product. Among the three, only Fruitilicious I could not work with. But the lighter shades are alright. But you really need to have smooth lips for this to work.
After awhile, you get used to it, and you know what work. So ya for me, my upper lip is darker, so I have to apply more on top. And it is best as a base color for lip glosses. I just smell them most of the time anyway. Way to save money on scented candles. I guess at most it will make a nice scented marker for writing something.
