Rosebud lip balm

Pick this product as an impulse buy. I also thought it was the Smiths rosebud salve. Turn out it wasn't. Shills is from Taiwan. When I see more of Shills, it's like a copy of lots of things. Its hand cream remind me of Crabtree and Evelyn. Well I guess it is a cheaper alternative than the western counterpart. But it does its job.
This lip balm is really moisturizing. I use this before I go to sleep and wake up with moist lips. It is like I woke up with freshly applied lip balm. The lip balm will always be there. I like that. I also like that my chapped lips will be easily remove. so it kinds of act like lip scrub, or a leave on lip peel or something of that sort. Any flaky lips will be easily remove the next morning. It wasn't sticky too, so it's a bonus. I can sleep peacefully with all those balm on my lips without having to worry about it transferring to my pillow.
It claims to
relieves dry, chapped lips and skin, leaving them soft, smooth, and great-smelling.

So the one thing I find irritating in a lip balm is the tin version. You either have to use your hand or the lip brush. In this case, I can use my finger and apply the extra residue on hands as a moisturizer. Since it is good for skin too.

I always want to try the the smiths one. If it is that good. But the shills just do an enough good job for me to tender my curiosity away. Love it.

Givenchy Le Rose Perfecto Lip Balm

This is in the shade 201, creamy and a hint of light milky pink. I like that it is pretty, but the shade doesn't really suit me. What I like best is that they can engrave your name on the packaging. So it is pretty.

Beauty Uk Baked Blush

A red blush looks really intimidating on the box but I picked this up cause I want something different for my collection. It's just a cardboard box kind of packaging, secured with magnet, so it's really simple. It's quite big and like all baked product, it's dome in shape. So it's actually quite bulky. I wouldn't bring it for travel that's for sure. The color payoff is good, but instead of red it's more pink. You can use it sparingly and it will be lighter or you can pack on the color which will gives you a really bright pink. In fact, if lightly dust over your cheek it is more coral than pink. It has tiny specks of shimmer, but it doesn't show. I can't remember how much I bought this for but it wasn't expensive. It's not my favorite blush, but I find myself reaching for it a lot. So that's something isn't?
