The correct way to use this is just taking a small amount and apply onto face. It is watery, so you do not have to warm it up. A little amount is sufficient to cover the whole face. In fact, if too much your face will be too oily. It will appear that way as your face will be too moist.
I have been using it wrong in like forever. The opening is pretty big, that's why I tend to pour more than needed. But now, using better control, I get a small amount, and my face is fully hydrated for most of the day. Never really time myself how long it will prevent oil to creep out, as most of the time I will be using foundation or sort.
I really do like this. As I said earlier, it's watery, so it runs and blend easily. For $20, with tiny usage per use, this can easily last for 4/5 months.
