I tried a sample of clear smooth bb cream, and it was awesome on my skin. The perfect foundation without much hassle. As the way I apply this is just using my hand, all over my face just like a moisturizer. I do like the finish look it gave me. With a spf 26, I feel I can just use this whenever I am late and in a hurry.
I decided to get both as I forgot if the sample was in 01 or 02.
Fresh 01 is lighter for my skin. But strangely it gives me an awake look. I guess that's why they call it fresh. My face is much brighter. And I hardly have to use make up. Just keeping it simple and plain. So I like to use this when I go for dance class.
For natural 02, I mostly use this, but I have to use make up, if not I feel something is not done yet. I guess is cause the color blend into my skin so much it looks like I did not put on anything. Really natural.
Both really goes on well with the Maybelline clear smooth powder. After bb I use the powder to gives it a matte finish.
I do like this product as it gives me a nice clean canvas to work on. However I do know lots of people who do not like it. They said as a bb cream, it doesn't do its job well. I do notice one thing with using this, if I did not put on moisturizer, it will gives me break out, as long as I used it two days in a row. So I guess I need my moisturizer to protect my natural face first before putting on this cream. That's why I use this as a foundation instead of a bb cream.
