Maybelline volum' express

The magnum is probably one the most popular mascara in Singapore. Well at least among my friends. If you ask any one of them what mascara they use, they will all say Maybelline, the yellow one.

I don't know what about it that just make us keep reaching back to buy them. I tried many a mascara, but whenever this is on promotion, I will grab it without hesitation. I just like it so much, but I wouldn't buy it without the sale. I guess without the sale, it is an excuse to try out other mascara out there.

The magnum never disappoint me. It really do gives me the volume. Without prior eyelash curling, it gives a little curl, enough to show that you have lovely lashes. With curling, you have lashes ready to party all night.

It is waterproof and stay throughout forever how long you want to use it. The brush is curve, easy to use. It doesn't clump. Makes eyelashes looks more visible without being fake or too much. Lastly, good enough for me if its the only mascara on the planet.

This is in the shade 201, creamy and a hint of light milky pink. I like that it is pretty, but the shade doesn't really suit me. What I like best is that they can engrave your name on the packaging. So it is pretty.

Beauty Uk Baked Blush

A red blush looks really intimidating on the box but I picked this up cause I want something different for my collection. It's just a cardboard box kind of packaging, secured with magnet, so it's really simple. It's quite big and like all baked product, it's dome in shape. So it's actually quite bulky. I wouldn't bring it for travel that's for sure. The color payoff is good, but instead of red it's more pink. You can use it sparingly and it will be lighter or you can pack on the color which will gives you a really bright pink. In fact, if lightly dust over your cheek it is more coral than pink. It has tiny specks of shimmer, but it doesn't show. I can't remember how much I bought this for but it wasn't expensive. It's not my favorite blush, but I find myself reaching for it a lot. So that's something isn't?
