Sephora Coconut Water Cleansing Wipes

This is not a wet wipe. I don't feel that it removes my makeup very well. But I mean it does. Cause you can totally see the residue on the wipes. But it's just not a pleasant feeling using this. It just doesn't really have that clean feel. The only nice thing is that it doesn't leave my face sticky. In fact, it felt quite moisturing. So that's the only advantage I can think of.

La Villa Vita Rehair Shampoo & Deep Mask

This is probably for anyone with dark hair. The shampoo is deep brown, so probably is for getting back that shade of colour. The shampoo is quite alright. Easy to use, gentle on the scalp. The conditioner is not bad too. Doesn't slide off the hair easily. Overall it's a good enough duo in my opinion. As I can use this for 2 days with no problem.

Dr. Wu Anti-Acne System Pore Clarifying Toner and Gentle Cleaning Gel

Bought this cause I wanted to something for my acne. I don't know why but I'm still breaking out. Especially during that time of the month. It's frustrating. Anyway the first few time using this, I don't see anything. This doesn't help. But the more I use the more it gets better. But of course I don't use it constantly as I don't stay at the same place. But I guess if I continue using this, my skin will be better. The toner is pretty normal. The cleanser is nondrying. So it's nice on the skin. It's nothing special, I don't like get excited using this. But it's good enough for daily use. So the boring items are things I should be focusing on.

Tarteist Lip Crayon - Hobo

I like tarte lip pencil. They are solid, creamy and long lasting. It's hard to remove once it's on your lips. This is the shade hobo which is a coral shade. It's not suitable for me. But it's alright.

Solone Classic Eyeshadow Kit Tipsy Eyes

This is the kind of eyeshadow palette I would not be buying anymore. But this was given to me by a friend and it's surprisingly good. I know the review was good, but I just wasn't really interested in picking this up myself. Quite glad I get to try it though. It's a small tin with 6 mini shadows and two bigger base shadows. The base is matte white and a shimmery peach. The mini shadows are all shimmer except for one matte brown. It's a good neutral enough shades with highlights of lilac. I don't really use those shades, but it's fun to have around. Shadows are pigmented and not much fall out. Blends nicely and mix well. Simple to use and good to have for your bag. It's just compact. And if you break it, you won't feel so heart pain as this is not that expensive.

Yves Rocher Rinsing Vinegar

This is one weird product. I wanted to say it's a conditioner but it's just so watery that the liquid just flow through my hair. You are suppose to use this before you dry off your hair. But I find that I can't really get the product to get onto my hair. I feel like a lot of it just end up falling to the floor. It's a nice scented product though. It's just I'm not really sure the whole point of using this. All I think is that it just suppose to get rid of products that has buildup in your hair. So it's fine, but I wouldn't repurchase.

Kate Somerville ExfoliKate Cleanser

I always thought that this is a scrub. End up, if I reread it carefully, it's actually a foaming wash. This has a nice light citrus scent. Or maybe it's not citrusy, but just something else altogether. But it's still nice. The foam is not so much, but it does the job. It's cleanse without leaving your skin dry. So it's a nice daily face wash.

BBW Kitchen Lemon Foaming Hand Soap

I think I'm buying a lot of BBW products. Namely the hand soap. I love them and they're great, especially the foaming ones. I now have 3 sinks that need hand soaps. So I have lots of reasons to buy them. This one is for my kitchen. Personally the Snow-kissed Citrus is a better scent. It's just less lemony. But Kitchen Lemon has a stronger plain lemon scent. It's perfect for the kitchen. Slightly boring, but good.

Christophe Robin Purifying Shampoo

I do not like the packaging at all. The opening is too big that the product will come out freely.  The shampoo itself is alright. It doesn't leave my hair oily and I can use this for several days without a problem. So that's a good shampoo in my book. Only thing I guess my hair will be prone to dropping. So I will still need anti hair-fall shampoo. And of course conditioner. Without conditioner, my hair is quite rough. But it's still a good shampoo. One that I will consider buying a full size of. Cause I think a purifying shampoo is good for getting rid of all the hair product leaving your hair clean and renewed.

S&G Foam Call Body Wash

I showered at my guest bathroom. Cause it's such a waste to have 2 showers and you only use the one in your master bedroom. Plus the flat is so small, the bathroom is side by side. No doubt I love S&G body washes. So this one is no exception. It has a light subtle scent, but a very moisturising effect. So I don't have to use body lotion after and skin still feels really good. I still prefer the original scent, which is why I would not be repurchasing this. But as a body wash for guest is rather perfect. You just need something subtle and nice. As it everyone is keen on scents.

Kate Somerville Goat Milk Moisturizing Cream

The goat milk is the more popular one. I tried and loved the moisturiser for acne/oily skin . I thought I try the main one. Managed to get the 30ml one. Plus it's slightly cheaper at $46 than the full size 50ml which is $99. I like it too. But I feel more confident using the other one as I feel that skin doesn't get as oily fast. This one can last me the whole day, but I never test it out on a really hot day. The weather has been generally cooling with hints of sun. But it has not be crazy hot. So my makeup and skincare have not really melt. So I think this is actually really nice and gentle for anyone with normal skin. And it's nice to use in a less humid weather. The price is questionable. But I can use half a pump each time, and this wouldn't cost as bad as it will be able to last.

Maybelline Great Lash Waterproof

After wanting to try this for so long, I finally get my hands on this. I also have the nonwaterproof one. This is a great simple mascara. You have to curl your lashes first. It will coat every lashes, and it is very waterproof. I was running around under the rain and my mascara did not budge. It was that good. It's just a great daily mascara. It is not overly dramatic and lengthening. So it's just perfect for everyday.

Shiseido Eyelash Curler

I have a few Shiseido and Shu Uemura eyelash curlers. I still find that the cheaper versions of these are better. I mean, you can go Sephora and get the $30 one, or go to the stores in HK or Taiwan and get them at $10+. I mean they are still Shiseido/Shu, but it's different. Not only it's cheaper, it's just softer. I don't know, maybe it won't last as long, but it doesn't hurt my lashes. So it's so much nicer on me.

Laneige BB Cushion Pore Control - Sand Beige

No 23 is like the darkest shade they had. This is the pore control version which personally I don't see a difference in with the original. The bb cream is lighter than most as you don't really get a lot of the product on the sponge. It just give the right amount. I usually use a stippling brush also. I find that it's easier especially after I abused the sponge. This doesn't exactly give me the best look. But I can get away with it as I use it sparingly. It does turn oily around the nose area. But that's easy to touch up. So overall it's alright but I don't really use it enough. Every compact, you are given a free refill. I don't think I will use it again. But we'll see. It's quite a waste of money if I don't. This is about $60 retail price. But you can get it about $30ish online. So the markup is quite something.

Skinfood Honey & Sugar Jelly Body Scrub

Personally I prefer the Honey Scrub from TBS. Cause the smell is much nicer. This one is less fragrance. The honey is not strong enough. The product is not so easily absorb with water, but it's not hard. It's a soft scrub that can be use daily. It's not harsh on the skin. I like it enough but I will buy TBS one instead.

Dr Jart Clay Mask to Foaming Cleanser Trio

White, pink, green - the clays are a faint hint of the colour but mostly it appears white. I like them enough, even though I don't really see the differences between the 3. It's like I just apply them leave them for 3 minutes then wash off using water. It's more useful as a foam cleanser than as a mask. The only thing I really like about this is that you can apply it as a makeup remover too. So you don't need to spend an extra step removing your makeup. But as waterproof mascara goes, it's still better to remove with a proper remover. Other than that, it's a perfect all in one product.

Caudalie Anti-Wrinkle Defense Serum

This is an ok serum. Supposed to be for anti-wrinkle, but you won't really see the difference until like years later when you see that you have no wrinkles. The serum is alright as the formulation is not oily. So it's quite fair on my skin. But I don't love it, as the scent is not particularly nice. It's not bad, but Caudalie has one of the best scent in products, this is not on of them. So I don't like it.

Perfect Aqua Rich Lumious Moist Mask

This mask has a a rectangle cut for the eyes. I like it as the mask will stick around the eyes. It will set into place and you don't have to keep adjusting the mask. It's a very wet mask. Rather sticky on the face. But this is good for before you go to sleep. Cause, all you have to do is lie down on the bed. You'll fall asleep. And somehow in the middle of the night or maybe an hour later, the mask is no longer wet, and you can just remove it. But it still stay on the face before you remove it. So that's just really neat.
